・Pre-orders may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time.

・Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

・No-shows, refusal to receive the order, or failure to respond at the agreed delivery time will be treated as completed orders and are non-refundable.

・A one-time rescheduling may be allowed, subject to availability and store approval.

・If the order cannot be completed due to store error, unavailable items, or store-caused delivery failure, the customer may choose either a full refund or rescheduling.

・Orders placed through Food apps are subject to the respective platform policies.
